The following FREE CLASSES were designed such that If one can diligently practice them as a program or sequence of exercises added daily to life, the life both internally and externally can be transformed. Feel free to have paper and pen by your side for inspirations and/or journaling. The class design as a whole is a program for the individual to move to mastery and freedom of thought, living and rejuvenation. Your life is your own! Have the tenacity to LIVE it!

Let’s Get Cozy!

Feeling ‘off’? Need to make a decision? Maybe you simply need grounding and balancing.

Your own eyes hold truths only you can obtain. Some are right on the surface. Some are hidden within the bodies of the body. Utilize the following exercise anytime, anywhere as it only takes 1-3 minutes as you become practiced.

Eye Mirror Class

Supplies: A hand-held mirror or know that you will have to move your face within inches of the mirror to be successfully placed so that all you can see is one eye at a time with no distractions.

From beginning to end, do not spend more than 10 minutes doing this exercise. Let yourself know that you are fast pacing for a reason. That reason is that you are here ‘to get the job done’. There is no room for distractions such as judgement or second-guessing. Ready? Let’s begin.

  1. Give yourself some privacy and a quiet moment.
  2. Look closely at the mirror into your eye. Right eye first, so cover the left with your left hand or move closer to the mirror to block out all but the one eye from your vision.
  3. Send that eye love. Tell it you are here to help. Then pause and wait for the first word/situation. that comes to your mind. This is soul communication.
  4. Move away from the mirror as soon as you receive the word/situation.
  5. Close your eyes and see the word/situation in your mind’s eye.
  6. Tell the word/situation that you forgive and release it, and you command that it forgive and release you. Then see it dissolved to dust and a warm breeze come in and blow it away. Do not give the word/situation any room for resistance or discussion. That is not what you are here for. As all dissolves you will feel shifts in your body. And your body will probably take its own deep breath and let it out.
  7. Open your eyes and look back into the mirror at the same eye. Take note of the difference in the eye. Repeat with this eye as many as three times. Then move and repeat the entire process with the other eye.
  8. After both eyes are complete step back from the mirror until you can see both eyes. If they are balanced and you feel balanced, the exercise is complete. If you are shifting from one side to the other, close your eyes again one more time and wait for the word/situation to come and repeat the process but only once. Open your eyes and see if you are balanced. If not, don’t worry, the exercise is complete and will complete itself even further as you complete your day.

Optimal Health ~ Body, Mind and Spirit require that we love all parts of ourselves without constraints. You, Yourself and You must maintain a clear connection for optimal health, longevity and happiness in this world. Combine both the Eye Mirror and the Full Body exercises daily if possible.

Full Body / Full Mirror Class

Supplies: Full length mirror or at least a mirror that shows most of your body. You will also need a notebook and pen.

*Note* There are two parts to this exercise class. If you only have a few minutes, practicing the first part can move mountains. Practicing both parts can move mountain ranges but can also be time consuming as well as tiring. The best way to approach doing both together is to plan time for once per week, every other week or even once a month. Always do Part One before proceeding to Part Two.

Part One

  1. Give yourself quiet and privacy.
  2. Stand in front of the mirror, preferably with no clothes on. If you have clothes on, that’s fine too.
  3. Proceed with a mini version of Eye Mirror Exercise.
  4. Take a step back so that you can see your entire body through your peripheral vision.
  5. Tell your entire self you are here to help today. Tell yourself that you love yourself, you need your self and you are so grateful for YOU. Send YOU LOVE.
  6. If you need to, close your eyes and pray, “I forgive and release all resistance and control in order to allow and receive help from on High.”
  7. Tell your body, one body part at a time, “I love you just the way you are. I am grateful for you. I forgive and release whatever. I give you permission to heal, and I take responsibility for that permission.” Use the guidelines of 20 seconds per body part. As you progress there will be parts that wish to speak to you before you move on.
  8. At completion take a few moments to stand or sit in the peace of the moment. Take notes if needed at this time. You may receive important information. Remember to Honor and Cherish your body. Never criticize you or your body story.
  9. Go on with your day or proceed to Part Two.

Part Two

  1. You will need your notebook and pen as this part is an assessment without judgement.
  2. Stand before the mirror and align as you did in Part One.
  3. Tell your body you are ready to listen and show it the pen and notebook.
  4. There are six categories that you will be addressing while writing down what comes to mind or intuition. Save contemplation on notes for a later time. Healing now. Contemplation later. Healing occurs in the listening and the focus. Take one category at a time. Look at Self with intent and focus. Ask, wait, write (what does my body say? Does it lean? Does it crumble? Does my chest tighten? Does my heart race? Do I feel different? Take note of all), go to the next.
    • Am I able to receive myself; self-healing, self-love, etc.?
    • What is my face saying to me?
    • What is my body as a whole saying to me?
    • What is my physical stance or posture saying to me?
    • What is illness, injury or environment saying to me?
    • What is my stress load saying to me?
  5. Be aware you might ask about your face, and the body will respond with something completely different. The first response is the correct response. Write it down.
  6. Now is the time for discussion with the body. Go back through each category and ask what you can do, how you can help and are we complete for today? Write down what the body says or what comes first to mind.
  7. Run some cold water on a wash cloth.
  8. Place the cloth on your face for 20-30 seconds for grounding, balance and renewal.
  9. Proceed into your day!

It is true that “Man Becomes What He Thinks About”.

The following is a Concentration Meditation as taught in the book, “Self Life Coaching”. Utilize it daily for 7-365 days to both release negativity and explore and re-ignite positivity from your past!

5-Minute Concentration Meditation ~ Past Life Regression

First, let’s discuss ‘regressing back in one’s life’. I’m often asked about Past Life Regression. It seems difficult to understand and comprehend. Yet, it is a very practical and realistic healing method. Think about it. When you are in bed at night ‘reviewing your day’, are you not ‘regressing backward in time’ in order to re-access the negative as well as re-live the joy from the state of Being you are lying there in your bed even only hours more ‘mature’? By going back, observing and feeling your past self from a detached, loving and interested state, one can understand better what was going on in a particular situation. When one has understanding of the whole from a point of calmness, one has the power to heal and grow.

Past Life Regression can help in a number of ways. Here are two examples.

  1. You can go back into your own timeline who you are now and see, understand and re-reason who you were and why, so it does not have to ‘rule’ you in the present or future.
  2. You can see and understand why you have become who and what you are with the experiences you have been given by seeing the reasoning and choices you have made/created or set in motion. (Understand?)

By entering into your timeline in this manner, meaning relaxed, nonjudgemental and unobtrusively, you give yourself an environment that promotes the freedom to speak honestly and therefore, heal. (I would advise setting the intention to not only release negative impacts on your being, but to also bring in joy, happiness, peace and calm where you may have unintentionally released it in the past for whatever reason).

The shifts are subtle, yet extremely powerful and lasting. As you approach a Past Life Regression Session or any meditation session, it’s a good idea to lay down your current issues. The approach needs to be, ” Okay Self, what do I need to know at this time. I know My God Is With Me and I need and ask for that Divine Intervention and Help. I have come. Thank you for asking. You can take it from here.”

I say these things because many people have difficulty when they approach a session ‘commanding’ to work on this specific problem/issue or that. Trust me; your Self knows exactly what you need in any situation. So, I ask, Let Go and Let God.

It is also good to know that you don’t need to go back in time to see when you were a slave or a king, wealthy or poor. Let go. Let whatever needs to happen, happen.

*Note* Before you begin, know that you can go back in time to a point that bothers you, however, you may have difficulty if you progress back in time to a point that ‘still has your goat’. If this occurs while practicing on your own. Stop the practice for that day. Walk away. Try another day. If you continue to have trouble on your own, it will be necessary to contact a therapist to guide and assist. That can be Catherine or another therapist local to where you are.

Past Life Regression Session Instructions

  1. Sit still or lie down and take a moment to get relaxed.
  2. Focus or notice your inbreath and your outbreath for a minute or two.
  3. Move your focus to your mind. Ask your mind to clear. Tell it you need to go back in time, and you need to go into the mirror of your soul to do so. The mind will acknowledge and understand.
  4. As you allow the mind to ‘connect’ with the desire of the Self and the Soul, refocus on your breathing. You will naturally go to a deeper state of relaxation.
  5. Now it is time to set the intent into your mind or to your guides that you want to go back in time to your first memory for today.
  6. Wait and you will relax even more. Allow the bodies of your body to take you back in time to the mirror where you can see yourself. Send your self some Love. When yourself smiles, extend your hand to your self’s hand and go into the mirror.
  7. Observe what is happening whether you are back in time or not. As you continue to let go you will go even deeper to receive messages, understanding or even releases of past situations. Stay with it as long as you can allowing yourself to take you where you need to go.
  8. If intense feelings arise, determine to ‘move through’. These are feelings that have already happened and do not need to be experienced again. If they try to grab you, mentally say, “You are a distraction. I have work to do. Go and heal. I do not need to embrace you again.” If more help is needed, ask for a warm breeze to gently carry them where they need to go.
  9. Continue on with your session until yourself lets you know it is complete or your body naturally, easily and effortlessly lets you know you are complete for the moment and brings you fully back into your body, grounded and aware, even refreshed!
  10. Contemplate or journal what you feel you need to.
  11. Let go of the whole journey and go into your day feeling lighter, more aware and happier!

Chakras are energy centers that are no different than the eyes. They speak to us more through feelings or ‘bodily heaviness or emptiness” rather than directly as our eyes do yet are no less valid. Balance Chakras nightly to increase deep sleep as well as intuitive processing. Once you have become skilled by practicing daily for 7-365 days you can utilize this exercise as often as needed!

Chakra Awareness / Balance Class

Chakra is the Sanskrit word for ‘wheel’. We are all wheels of energy, always moving, spiraling up and down to every cell in our body. You might say energy wavelengths are what ALL is made of. Even light, sound and energies such as Love all operate on energy wavelengths. As does every thought.

According to Eastern medicine, we have many energy centers on the body. In fact, the Chinese believe that every 1/2 inch on the body is an acupuncture point which is indeed an energy center. The common belief that has made it to the west is the belief of having seven major energy vortices called chakras each associated with a specific color or spectrum of light. These energy centers are said to absorb and express everything in our entire existence. They are also said to be a ‘gateway’ into our health, wealth, wisdom and prosperity if we would only work with them. I prefer to call them a part of our Grand Team in our Beingness as through my many years of experience, it has been shown to me that there are many bodies of the body and even more energy centers of the energy centers. However, for the purposes of what can be seen with the naked eye in the form of auras, the chakras represent a very third dimensional tunnel that does truly affect the Whole. Therefore, this class focuses on ‘what we can see right out in front of us’.

Working with one’s chakras can lead you in re-configuring your mind, your awareness, your concentration, your focus, your DNA, your connection with guides, angels, loved ones and even your past connection to your present and future thus providing room for miraculous healing and life changing events.

Since we are energy in motion, these energy centers change from moment to moment in conjunction with our thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences. This can be demonstrated by observing live video streaming of Kirlian photography. Some people are gifted in seeing ‘Auras’. Auras are an extension of the chakra system. Don’t be concerned with connecting with the colors but rather be concerned with the ‘feeling’ of the chakras for the purposes of this class. Colors are a distraction especially since they are in motion from moment to moment. Also, do not be concerned with other’s chakras. As you work with yours, everything around you will reflect the work or fade away.

When chakra centers become out of balance or ‘wobbly’, one can experience pain, fatigue, irritability, illness, instability, cloudy brain and so on. When you are in balance with your chakra system you feel good, have energy, a clear mind, peace and calmness. Does this mean that if you have gone days without sleep, you can do this exercise to balance? NO, absolutely not. Even the greatest of masters (which literally means teacher) say sleep first before anything else. You must tend to the physical needs. That being said, can a good rest reset all. Yes, I do believe so at times.

All right, let’s get going. How exactly do you work with your Chakra centers?! Or any energy centers for that matter? Here is an easy and almost effortless exercise.

  1. In a nutshell, pay attention to how you are thinking or feeling. If you are out of balance in any way, you yourself should be able to notice it, whether it is too angry, too high, too low, too negative, etc.
  2. After you have determined your current state of awareness, mentally let go of it. Take a moment. Sit down with your eyes closed.
  3. Focus on your in-breath and your out-breath for a minute or two until you relax.
  4. Address your energy centers by stating, “Energy Centers of all my Being. I need and command your awareness of me. (You will feel when your centers turn to face you).
  5. Take another moment to breathe and feel the love. Send love back.
  6. Tell your chakras, “I need you. I love you. I am grateful for you. I need to align with you and you with me. Please forgive me for whatever. I forgive you for whatever. I give you permission to heal, clean, clear, reconnect, re-align with each other and with me. I take responsibility for that permission. I am forever grateful.”
  7. Ask that a “clear, warm ionic and iconic breeze of awareness to state its consciousness and filter through all negativity releasing it and restoring my Being to neutrality, calmness and security in the heavenly God balanced in all worlds.”
  8. Take another moment to breathe, rest. Now, ask for the “etherical cleanse of all energy centers and that all who need to assist, assist.”
  9. Allow your eyes to open and allow your breathing to ground you.
  10. Go into your day or night! Eventually you can perform this exercise in 1-3 minutes like the Eye Mirror exercise.

Note that at times you will feel tumultuous energy inside yourself before you feel peace and balance. Don’t dwell on it. Sometimes things need to come up to come out but they do not need to be looked at. You can take some time to journal, or if it’s before bedtime, go to sleep. Sleep will be much better!

Now, let’s address the bodies of the body. That means all energy bodies, the physical body, the mental body, the emotional body, the ethereal body, the causal body… Once again, practice 7-365 days for optimal results.

5-Minute Concentration Meditation Class ~ Core Cell Healing

The purpose of this particular class is to ‘get to the core of all things’. That can have many meanings at many different times. There are two things that I am looking at for the directional intent of this meditation. One is the restructuring of the DNA and the Atomic Core Structure of Being. Two is to help you Walk with Angels and Walk with God. Whether that means in one practice of this concentration you go to the core cell of some disease like cancer in your Being and heal it or you go to the core cell of Creation itself, all is RIGHT. Allow. Let Go and Let God.

I know, what does ‘allow’ really mean? I like to compare it with receive. But, do you notice that receiving is a learned skill or a practiced art? Think about it this way. When you are out Christmas shopping, you have such a wonderful time picking the right present, getting it wrapped and are all excited in the moment of giving. On the other hand, how are you at receiving a wonderful gift from the heart of one who loves you so much? Not as easy, is it? Even awkward for some. Well, that part is what allowing is. God, your guides are the shoppers, and you are the uncomfortable receiver. In other words, it is okay for allowing to take time and practice. The mind’s job is to think, solve, move. To tell it to stop and to allow, well…

My best advice, to Walk with Angels, call on HIS name, the name of God with all your heart, body, mind and soul. Learn to love God. I promise you, HE will come as will HIS Angels. Love HIM like a puppy is loyal! Without expectation. Love for the sake of love! That is how you ‘allow’.

Core Cell Healing Concentration Meditation Instructions

  1. Sit to stillness. Relax however you need to. Remove distractions.
  2. Bring your attention to your breathing noticing the in-breathe and the out-breathe. Do this for a minute or two.
  3. Ask your body what needs to worked on today, whether it needs healing, release, forgiveness, revitalizing, joy or whatever.
  4. Bring your focus back to your breathing for another moment as you relax and go even deeper.
  5. Feel yourself falling ever so gently down deeper and deeper into a broader state of awareness breaking through dimension after dimension until you come to the bottom or the very core or core cell that needs to be dealt with today.
  6. Wait a moment as you see your guide or you standing next to you or the core or troubled/dis-eased cell. Ask that the guide take you directly into the cell.
  7. Allow all to speak to you and show you what needs to be ‘righted’.
  8. Give the cell and its entirety permission/blessing to heal. See the guide beside you assisting in whatever needs to be done. Note this is not you doing the work. It is your guide or you out in front of you. You must allow yourself to get out of your own way. Set that intent again now.
  9. Watch as all emerges into wholeness-it’s healthy, vibrant self. Stay with it. See the cell/situation completely filled with light.
  10. You will know when all is complete. Then you and your guide will place the healed cell back into you and watch as the healed cell embraces, reconnects, re-structures the atomic structure as well as the DNA structure and any other structure that needs whatever.
  11. After all is re-connected and working properly, watch as the healed cell sends light and restructuring of all to all other cells in your being and experience.
  12. Finally, look up to see the sun penetrating its warmth and light throughout your being and your guides being seeing any residue simply release itself and go into the sunlight. Feel the warmth and light fill your being with JOY!
  13. When all is complete you will naturally take a deep breathe in and blow it out as your guide brings you back into your body fully grounded, fully aware, eyes open.
  14. Sit for a moment. Contemplate. Journal.

*Special Note* If you are experiencing severe illness, you can take just this one exercise and use it for a ‘healing morning or afternoon experience’. In order to do this, you would focus on the core cell for the illness, for example, cancer.

Set in motion that your afternoon will be dedicated to the ‘cancer core cell’. Allow yourself rest time for 4-5 hours and practice this concentration meditation combined with journaling once each hour for four hours. No more.

Once per week for a month is enough for this intense ‘morning or afternoon’ procedure. Then a month or two of processing is required.

Pray fervently and honestly to Our God in Heaven!
